Names, destination, package count and weights should agree with the packing list and carrier booking.
Arrange address, routing and carton details in a clear hierarchy that can be read quickly. Then create a separate 4×6-inch or A6 PDF label for every package.
Show the sender’s business name and address. Add a phone number or email if it helps the carrier resolve a routing question.
Make the receiver’s legal or trading name and delivery address the most prominent part of the label. Include city, postal code, state or region and country.
Record origin, destination and an order, booking, AWB, bill-of-lading or tracking reference when available. Do not invent a reference or barcode.
Write the contents or approved shipping mark and show the carton sequence clearly, such as “2 / 8”. The total should match the physical package count and packing list.
Show net and gross weight in a stated unit and the external dimensions with their unit. Add only accurate handling text approved for the goods.
