1. Information stored in your browser
Nestaon uses your browser’s local storage to save document drafts, an uploaded logo preview, the daily free-download count and a temporary Pro access token. This allows the tool to work without requiring an account. Draft information can include exporter, consignee, shipment, product and package details that you enter.
This browser-stored information remains on your device unless you reset the draft, clear site data or remove it through your browser settings. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view the saved draft.
2. Payments
Payments are handled through Razorpay Checkout. Razorpay may collect payment and contact information according to its own privacy policy. Nestaon’s server creates an order and verifies identifiers such as the order ID, payment ID, signature, selected plan and transaction amount. Nestaon does not receive your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV or complete card details.
3. Support communications
If you email Nestaon, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. Support messages may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.
4. Technical information
The hosting service and security systems may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, date, time and error details for delivery, reliability, security and abuse prevention. Nestaon does not currently use its own advertising cookies or sell personal information.
5. How information is used
- To provide document generation and PDF downloads.
- To activate and verify paid access.
- To answer support requests and investigate payment problems.
- To maintain security, prevent misuse and improve reliability.
- To comply with applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
6. Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate Nestaon, including hosting and payment services. It may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. Nestaon does not sell document drafts or support information.
7. Data choices
You can remove locally stored drafts and access information by using the reset option or clearing site data in your browser. For questions or requests relating to information submitted through email or a payment, contact fragouta@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained by Nestaon or the payment provider where required by law.
8. Children
Nestaon is a business-document service and is not directed to children. Users should be legally able to enter into a transaction in their location.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
