1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Nestaon, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement in your location.
2. Service description
Nestaon provides browser-based tools for preparing commercial invoices, packing lists and carton/address shipping labels, creating PDF files and reading general educational information about export documents. Features may be changed, improved, limited or discontinued. Nestaon labels do not buy postage or replace carrier barcodes, regulated markings or destination-specific labels.
3. Free and paid access
The free plan currently allows up to three PDF downloads per day and may include a Nestaon watermark. A Pro Day Pass provides eligible Pro features for 24 hours. A Pro Monthly Pass provides eligible Pro features for 30 days. Current passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
Prices and included features are shown before payment. Paid access is linked to a browser-stored access token. Clearing browser data, changing devices or using private browsing may remove local access information; contact support with the payment ID if paid access needs investigation.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay and supported payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with their applicable terms. A charge is not proof that paid access was activated; where activation fails, follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and contact support.
5. Your documents and responsibilities
You are responsible for every name, address, product description, HS code, quantity, value, weight, currency, Incoterm, declaration and other detail entered or downloaded. You must review the finished document before using it and confirm the requirements with the relevant buyer, carrier, bank, customs authority, tax professional or qualified adviser.
Nestaon does not submit documents to any authority or guarantee customs clearance, tax treatment, payment, delivery or acceptance by a third party.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Nestaon to create fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents; misstate goods or transaction values; evade duties, controls or sanctions; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; or use automated activity that harms availability for others.
7. Intellectual property
Nestaon’s name, visual design, software, original website content and templates are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use PDFs legitimately created from your own information for business purposes. No ownership in the Nestaon software or brand is transferred to you.
8. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep it useful and secure, Nestaon does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, permanent draft storage or suitability for every country, carrier or transaction.
9. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nestaon is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from incorrect user input, rejected documents, customs delays, duties, penalties, shipment loss, lost browser data or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after publication of revised terms means the revised terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction that apply to you.
