Payment help
Include the payment date, amount, selected plan and Razorpay payment ID so the transaction can be checked.
For faster assistance
- State whether you were creating a commercial invoice, packing list or shipping label.
- For a technical issue, include the browser and device you used and a screenshot if possible.
- For a payment issue, include the Razorpay payment ID but never send an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or complete card number.
- Do not email confidential buyer, banking or shipment information unless it is necessary for the support request.
