How to create a customized invoice
Open Customize
Open the invoice tool and tap Customize. Activate a Pro Day Pass or 30-day Pass if needed.
Set your design
Add the company details and logo, then choose the title, accent colour, font, footer and fields.
Preview and download
Check the document details and totals, open the mobile or desktop preview and download the PDF.

Custom invoice generator FAQ
Can I add my own company logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG logo up to 2 MB. The logo is handled in your browser and included in the invoice preview and PDF.
Can I make a proforma invoice?
You can change the document title to Proforma Invoice. Make sure the rest of the wording and values correctly describe a preliminary document rather than a completed sale.
Does customization work on mobile?
Yes. Mobile users can open Customize from the fixed action bar, edit the design, open the live preview and download the PDF.
Which fields can be hidden?
Pro controls can hide the HS-code column, GST or Tax ID and Incoterm. Only hide a field after checking whether it is required for your shipment.
Is the Pro pass a recurring subscription?
No. Nestaon currently offers a 24-hour Day Pass and a 30-day Pass. Both unlock invoice customization and remove the Nestaon watermark during the active period.
